Founded on the principle that government procurement should not be the exclusive domain of large enterprises, ADV provides the expertise, relationships, and operational infrastructure that small and mid-size businesses require to compete effectively in the public sector marketplace.

Dhruv Dayal Gupta is the Principal and Founder of ADV Supply Consulting Inc. He brings over two decades of experience spanning capital markets, competitive intelligence, and independent business consultancy. Dhruv holds an MBA in Finance. His career reflects a consistent pattern of building structured solutions to complex operational problems — from founding and scaling Ventursol LLC, a North American research and intelligence consultancy, to his tenure at TMX Group, operator of the Toronto Stock Exchange and Investments/Financial research. That same entrepreneurial instinct and operational discipline shapes ADV's approach to government procurement. Where most businesses see a closed door, Dhruv sees a solvable problem — and has built ADV to solve it systematically, for clients who deserve access to Canada's largest and most stable marketplace.

ADV was founded on the principle that government procurement should not be the exclusive domain of large enterprises with dedicated procurement departments.
